Horizon Bereavement Support

To relieve the mental, spiritual and physical distress of persons suffering from bereavement and to educate and promote awareness within the community of the nature of grieving and bereavement, through establishing a service to provide advice, counselling, emotional support and practical help. Services offered are one to one counselling, therapeutic listening, structured support groups (7 week programmes), workshops (rebuilding self-confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness, anger management etc).
